DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking an employee that has at least five years of experience in Catch Basin Cleaning truck operation. He or she will be responsible for performing the equipment operation functions related to highway maintenance, as assigned. Willing to train the right candidate. The prevailing wage rate applies.

** MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:**

OPERATIONS:

• Perform Catch Basin Cleaning on State Maintenance Contracts
• Responsible for all equipment used to perform these duties.
• Operates Catch Basin Clam Truck, Dump, Bucket, as well as any other truck requiring a CDL within license’s classification.
• Performs traffic control measures (maintenance or traffic), as well as setting up safety zones.
• Loads and unloads Material Cleaned from Structures.
• Performs pre-trip inspections on vehicles.
• Uses all equipment and tools safely.
• May drive standard shift vehicles.
• Performs other duties, as needed.

Qualifications

** EDUCATION:**

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

** EXPERIENCE:**

• A valid Class B CDL with Air Brakes.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience operating a Catch Basin Clam Truck.
• OSHA 10 Certified in Construction.
• Mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Must have or be able to get a Massachusetts 4E Hoisting Engineers License.
• Available for Emergency Situations.
• Highway maintenance or construction skills are preferred.
