PRIVATE BRANDS SALES & ANALYTICS COORDINATOR
Job Description
Retail customer service contact in store and in office support maintaining sales and marketing data necessary for best possible store level support. Provide support to all warehouse customers by merchandising sets as well as consulting accounts on sales and profitability. Work to grow sales for all warehouse items, new and current and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Essential Job Functions: * Provide customer support and training, set goals for improved profitability for the customer * Identify and schedule appointments and project the number of contacts weekly * Sell programs to existing accounts, and promote positive relationships * Promote the value of Private Label to expand or exceed set goals * Take a hand's on approach in resets, remodels, and new store openings * Issue and deliver sales material and promotions to all accounts * Performs other related duties as assigned by Manager * Work independently Skills : * 2-3 years' sales/consulting experience. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong knowledge of grocery retail store practices, and wholesales principles. * Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously. * Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner. * Ability to work with minimal supervision. * Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports * Able to lift up to 50lbs. * Customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment.
