Summary of Position:

The Transaction / Disclosure Coordinator will assist Corporate Counsel. The individual will gather, organize, and be responsible for disclosures for listings and provide assistance with legal-related tasks. This individual will report to Corporate Counsel.

Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinate, track and administer all facets of disclosures from the time a listing is obtained until the listing is in contract.
• Build, implement, and manage consistent quality-controlled systems required for efficient processing of files
• Manage and coordinate communications with internal and external parties (including designers, escrow/title companies, HOAs, clients) in furtherance of the preparation of real estate disclosures
• Draft templates and correspondence in support of the Law Offices when legal disputes arise
• Support Corporate Counsel and the Law Offices with legal related tasks
• Research and stay abreast of new disclosure forms and legally required disclosures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in residential real estate required
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, professionalism, and ability to prioritize tasks while working under time limitations
• Proven knowledge of California real estate disclosures, title documents, contract-related documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, disclosures.io, Docusign, CAR & PRDS forms, MLS, Zipforms, Skyslope.
