    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO FIND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND MANAGE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS. YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO SEEK NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BY CONTACTING AND DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. YOU WILL ALSO BE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRESERVATION AND EXPANSION OF OUR CUSTOMER BASE. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL USE YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO CULTIVATE STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS, FROM FIRST CONTACT UNTIL YOU CLOSE THE DEAL.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    • Contact potential clients in assigned territory through cold calls and emails
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through networking
    • Present our company to potential clients
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
    • Report out on sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly) 
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
    • Serve as liaison between customers and cross-functional teams
    • Resolve client concerns and inquiries to promote a positive customer experience
    • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
    • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and develop long-term relationships

    Required Skills

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Recent College graduates are also encouraged to apply We will provide the sales and industry training you need to be successful!
    • Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
    • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Enthusiastic and passionate
    • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and meet deadlines
    • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency

     

    Required Experience

    EXPERIENCE

    • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) preferred, but not required
    • Previous experience as a business development representative or account executive with proven sales record
    • BS or BA in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, or related field
