  • Responsibilities
    • Arrive on time, wearing proper, clean uniform and follow grooming standard.
    • Follow the assignment given by the Manager.
    • Conduct daily lineups with staff and training
    • Responsible to know and share hotel daily stats and property happenings
    • Ensure hotel and restaurant standards are at five star standards
    • Ensure all prep and garnish are consistent and to five star standard.
    • Monitor opening and closing procedures are followed as per standard.
    • In absence of manager perform his / her duties
    • Follow up on any guest request in a timely manor
    • Ensure bar steps of service is executed at five-star standards
    • Report any incidents, glitches, complain to proper department.
    • Ensure all par levels are met for daily service
    • Daily and month-end inventory of par levels.
    • Report any additional or missing items needed for operation to the Manager.
    • Ensure Micros is set up accordingly and proper serving period is in use.
    • Ensure all bills are charged accordingly and reports are ready for the supervisor.
    • Follow up on any specials request (Birthday, Anniversary, etc.), VIP’s in the bar and communicate directly to the Manager.
    • Performs any task deemed necessary by management for the efficient running of the property in general

    Required Skills

    • Working knowledge of Micros and Microsoft Office, preferred
    • Well organized with good written and verbal communications skills.
    • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people.
    • Complies with conservative grooming standards as mentioned in our handbook
    • Creative and imaginative
    • Able to multi task and establish priorities.
    • Proactive problem solver
    • Multi-lingual is preferred

     

    Required Experience

     

    • Minimum two years supervising or equivalent experience
    • Minimum five years bartending experience with craft cocktail program
    • Two+ years luxury hotel experience or bar / restaurant equivalent
    • Experience in pour testing and menu development

     

  • Qualifications
    • Working knowledge of Micros and Microsoft Office, preferred
