Responsibilities: • Recruit, interview, train, and motivate restaurant staff • Directs and coordinates all aspects of marketing and community events, including planning and executing them • Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards • Undertake routine assessments of team members' performance and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions through performance management • Deliver excellent quality of visitor satisfaction when dining in the restaurant Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs • Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills • Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years is required, preferably in the restaurant industry • Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired Compensation: $36,000 - $40,000 yearly
