About the Job
Description
Are you an outside sales superstar who thrives on building relationships while helping others protect their investments? At Curb Appeal, our Service Managers are trusted advisors—not high-pressure salespeople. You’ll meet with homeowners, property managers, and business owners to evaluate properties, educate them on solutions, and prepare estimates for exterior cleaning and gutter services. This position is commission-based, offering first-year earnings typically between $50,000 and $90,000, with limitless potential for the motivated!

Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales and a flair for building relationships—because who doesn’t love a friendly face?
Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Willingness to follow our proven sales process and participate in weekly team meetings.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers throughout the sales process with integrity.
A valid driver’s license and tech-savvy with smartphones, tablets, and basic computer applications are a must!
