MANAGED SERVICES ANALYST – EMAIL DEVELOPMENT  

CHARLOTTE, NC

DealCloud is looking to hire a professional Managed Services Analyst to work within an energetic professional services team, acting alongside the Implementation, Client Success and Account Management teams. The role is a mix of client-facing consultative work and behind the scenes platform design, configuration, data analysis, and data manipulation.  In these areas, the Managed Services Analyst acts as an escalation point for the previously mentioned teams, executing on projects for clients in a live environment. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Document client requirements
• Configure the DealCloud platform in response to requirements
• Utilize HTML/CSS to develop & troubleshoot email templates
• Analyze client data sets to understand the impact of the data on system design
• Work with Microsoft Excel to map, collate, and normalize data sets for import into DealCloud
• Provide consultative system design and industry best practice recommendations
• Hold both clients and internal team members accountable to project timelines and budgets
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Prior experience in HTML/CSS development
• Organization, effective time management and prioritization, and ability to multi-task
• Passion for delivering high quality outcomes
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience working as part of a team
• Lead client meetings and communications
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with basic Excel functions
• Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership over your work
• Willingness and love of learning new technology, new processes and procedures, and new business models
