Territory includes: Kansas & Missouri.

This position is Account Executive (AE) with Professional Turf Products, LP (PTP) for the territory outlined above for Toro Residential Landscape Contractor (RLC) division of products. This is both a sales and relationship building position that is focused on the dealerships that sell and service the Toro RLC product line. Keys to success for this position is growing the sales, maintaining quality dealer relationships, and driving new business.

Focus on building strong relationships with strategic Toro dealers to drive growth and profitability for PTP and Toro RLC. The AE is also responsible for enhancing Toro’s existing dealer network through the acquisition of new Toro RLC dealers.

Primary responsibilities include:

· Achieve Toro’s and PTP’s RLC sales objectives for assigned territory

· Sales - Toro products, programs, and value proposition (including parts)

Landscaper and End User Engagement; Customer Acquisition:

· Call on Landscapers and build strategy for earning their business

· Work with Dealers, PTP and Toro to gain business in the Landscape Contractor Space

· Utilize programs and demos to market product to the territory

· Prospecting and finding new accounts are paramount

Responsibilities to Dealers:

· Relationship management including issue resolution

· Business planning (booking, marketing plans)

· RLC program communications & training

· Training & event support – both sales and product

· Dealer inventory management

· Awareness of all promotions including Financing

· Become a business resource for all dealers in network

Other Responsibilities:

· New dealer acquisition and development

· Key customer relationships (Contractors & National Accounts)

· Red Iron Acceptance Floor Plan documentation, support, and processes

· Demos - dealers & contractors

· Market intelligence & market information

· Territory management

· Trade show support
