    Job Description

    Position Summary

    Deal assigned table game.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Knowledge in all aspects of the games dealt.
    2. Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward guests. Make eye contact and greet the guest by first name, if known, upon arriving to the table and thank the guest for playing when they leave the table.
    3. Compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.
    4. Ensure good game protection.
    5. Ensure good game pace for all players.
    6. Ensure payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
    7. Fill and credit tables by verification of cheques.
    8. Opening and closing tables by verification of all cheque inventory.

    9. Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards

    • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers alike.
    • Excellent team member and customer relations skills.
    • Outstanding math skills.
    • Ability to work any shift or hours.
    • Based upon business needs, there may be occasions to work additional time before and/or after your scheduled shift.
