    The Dealer Prep Specialist is a key team member that will be responsible for preparing vehicles for sale and delivery ensuring our high quality and safety standards are met on the wheelchair-accessible vehicle conversions we produce.

    What you'll do:

    Perform a visual cosmetic inspection and final quality inspection on each vehicle.

    Identify and document accurate data regarding defects or discrepancies.

    Communicate results of inspections to managers, supervisors, and/or production staff.

    Perform various cosmetic reconditioning, cleaning and repair processes according to Freedom Motors standards.

    Execute standardized work processes as defined at established pace time.

    Ability to safely move vehicles on and off the premises.

    Maintain an organized and clean work area.

    Provide feedback and make recommendations to improve Quality processes.

    Participate in quality audits & training and provide recommendations on ways to improve efficiency.

    Perform routine checks on diagnostic tools and equipment ensuring accuracy and functionality.

    Maintain compliance with Freedom Motors quality and safety standards, policies and procedures, and OSHA safety regulations.

    What you’ll need:

    High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience preferred.

    Detail-oriented and ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

    Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Strong time-management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

    Outstanding attendance record and reliability.

    Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record.
