    ** WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE**   Paid Training

    TRAINING - This position would require training at another Tag Agency located in Fort Myers, FL. for about 2  months, or less. You would be training Monday through Friday at our Tag Agency located in Fort Myers FL. We will provide hotel accommodations during the week while in training. Trainees would return home on weekends. We will also cover Mileage for traveling to the Fort Myers agency on Monday mornings,  and from the Fort Myers agency on Friday evenings. Once fully trained, the employees will begin to work from our Newest Agency opening in Apopka, FL.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Research, verify and process documents for vehicles, boats and recreational vehicles.
    • Processing titles and registration for automobiles, motor vehicles, vessels, and mobile homes.
    • Processing of handicap permits. 
    • Acts as a cashier and interacts with the general public 
    • Data entry  
    • Handling registration paperwork like titles and license plate tags, filing tax documents, and  occasionally sending out bills or contracts for signing 
    • Receive proper fees for transactions  
    • Assures that required papers, signatures, etc., are present prior to completing transactions

    QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Any Automotive Tag Agency experience is a plus
    • -  Customer Service Experience Required
    • -  Cashier Experience Required
    • -  Data Entry Experience Required 
    • -  Ability to multi-task
    • -  Detail oriented and organized
    • -  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Title Clerk experience is a plus

    This is a Full Time position

    Pay – Hourly pay up to $16.00 (based on relatable experience and knowledge)

    If an applicant is qualified, an interview will be set up with the hiring Manager. If selected for the position, an application and background check will be forwarded for completion. Once the results of the background are received and are cleared, an offer letter will be forwarded and a start date can be determined, as well as the Onboarding (new hire) process.
