DealerPolicy is looking for a remote-based Client Advisor Manager (Insurance sales) in the Western U.S. to join its Personal Lines Team who will be responsible for supporting, building and strengthening an already experienced and strong team of licensed P&C insurance agents while establishing procedures to increase team effectiveness.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Client Advisor Manager will enjoy working in a busy sales environment where you will lead and manage an insurance sales team of 10-15 people. You will be responsible for developing a strong team, fostering communication between team members, inspiring growth and establishing procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a highly autonomous, professional, dynamic team player with excellent communication skills. We are looking for a self-starter that flourishes in a fast-paced environment full of change.
REQUIREMENTS
DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accomplishes team results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching and praising job results
Responsible for performance evaluations and monthly quality and productivity profile and feedback to team members
Monitor metrics for team and create corrective processes to meet customer and company needs
Administers performance management, recognition and disciplinary actions on a timely basis
Performs routine call quality reviews on recorded or live calls according to Call Center procedures for Client Advisors
Set and execute on priorities for self and team based on department strategic goals
Improves quality results by evaluating processes and recommending changes. Coordinates and enforcing system policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Conducts interviews and is involved in the hiring process
Coaches, counsels, and motivates team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Maintains scheduling, timecards, and validate that all daily work is completed on time
Performs related job duties as assigned and required
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelors Degree or equivalent total professional experience
3 or more years of relevant sales supervisory experience within an insurance company
Strong communication skills required (written, verbal and presence within remote-based workforce)
Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, coach, and develop associates into an effective, highly motivated, results oriented team
Strong multitasking computer skills, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
Analyze data and make decisions based on needs of the business
Ability to effectively write and administer monthly and yearly performance reviews
Ability to hold others accountable for department and company standards
Ability to identify points of failure, come up with feasible resolutions, and implements them in a timely manner
Basic knowledge and understanding of P&C insurance industry
Previous experience working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
