About the Role:

Join M&F Auto Sales as a Dealership Sales Associate/Back up Finance, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating vehicle financing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and sales success.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.

Assist in financing options and paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction for customers.

Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate processing of finance applications.

Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous experience in automotive sales or finance preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

Proficient in using dealership management software and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and grow in the industry.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
