Street Toyota is looking for a Service Porter to manage vehicle traffic on the service drive and assist with vehicle deliveries. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane, directing them to the appropriate service advisor • Work with the Service Advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of keys, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties • Interact with customers • Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the parking lot • Keep the service lane and surrounding areas clean and organized by removing debris and maintaining order • Assist in preparing the vehicle for service by performing basic maintenance tasks • Label and organized vehicle keys and tags to maintain an efficient tracking system • Ability to multitask • Professional attitude Qualifications: • Possess a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record • Strong communication, organizational, and customer skills • Education equivalent to high school • Appraisal through ba ackground check • Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication abilities • Portray professional conduct with a pleasant demeanor Compensation: $22,880 yearly
