Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve department goals • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery • Oversee scheduling, work distribution, and shop productivity to optimize workflow • Monitor and verify warranty claims, repair orders, cost estimates, and all related service documentation • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards • Collaborate with parts and sales departments to maintain seamless dealership operations • Track department performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective process enhancements • Manage service department budgets, expenses, and profitability Qualifications: • Proven experience in automotive service management or a leadership role within a dealership service department • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Deep understanding of automotive repair processes, warranty policies, and customer service best practices • High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or management training preferred • Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to operational excellence Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 yearly
