Pay Scale: Hourly rate ranges between $16.90 - $18.00.

Position Summary

The Service Driver plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience by safely picking up and delivering customer vehicles between their home or workplace and the dealership.

What You’ll Do

Pick up and deliver customer vehicles from homes or workplaces

Drive safely and follow all traffic laws

Maintain an efficient and timely route schedule

Communicate with the dealership regarding delays or issues

Track trips and customer information using a mobile app

Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance needs

Maintain a clean, professional appearance

Support the service team with additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license

Customer service experience preferred

Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to follow dealership policies and procedures

Dependable and detail-oriented
