Part-Time We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of Real Estate professionals. The ideal candidate who is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, graphics design, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries • Data input for residential listings in MLS • Create brochures, presentations, and custom pieces for marketing efforts Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends • Real Estate experience a huge plus • Expert in Graphic design and Canva Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
