Responsibilities: Respond to all customer requests quickly and efficiently to ensure exceptional service Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Conduct market analysis and work with clients to stage, price and market homes to achieve a quick sale • Show properties to potential buyers and sellers • Conduct Inspections for all buyers and sellers • Prepare listing presentation package • Consult all clients through the sales process • Attend all meetings and trainings • Negotiate all transactions Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Ability to communicate effectively - orally and written Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Independent and self motivated Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license • Passionate about selling • Works extremely well in a team environment Compensation: $100,000+
