    Join Unitek Learning as the Dean of Nursing for Workforce Development , where you'll lead innovative, high-impact nursing programs that open doors to patient care.

    What You’ll Do :

    • Site leadership & daily operations: Direct the day-to-day of our Workforce Development nursing site with clarity, urgency, and care.
    • Faculty excellence: Support nursing faculty and staff; lead meetings, coaching, and professional development.
    • Clinical partnerships: Own relationships, contracts, calendars, and placement logistics; serve as the primary point of contact.
    • Compliance you can trust: Maintain program accreditation and regulatory readiness.
    • Curriculum & delivery: Assist with implementation and continuous improvement.
    • Student success: Guide orientation, academic advising, at-risk reviews, and NCLEX initiatives.
    • Hands-on coverage: Step into labs, clinicals, or simulations when needed to
    • Strategic projects: Partner with the Regional Dean on program strategy and special initiatives.

    Compensation:

    Salary: $140,000-$150,000/year

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    1. A valid and active California Registered Nursing License (for positions located in California), or a Registered Nursing License from the state where the WFD site is located.
    2. A master’s or higher degree from an accredited college or university that includes course work in nursing, education, or administration;
    3. A minimum of one year teaching experience in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs (associate, baccalaureate, masters, or doctoral);
    4. One year’s continuous experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care and/or equivalent experience as determined by the Board of Nursing;
    5. Demonstrated leadership skills;
    6. Excellent oral and written communication skills;
    7. Committed to diversity, as defined by the California law;
    8. Ability to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders;
    9. Leadership style that emphasizes collaboration, teamwork, and facilitation;
    10. Demonstrate proficiency with technology (MS Teams, Zoom, Learning Management Systems;
    11. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams;
    12. Experience in supervision, planning, budget preparation in program maintenance.
