This role is both strategic and hands-on, managing day-to-day student discipline, leading family conferences, and building proactive systems that promote positive behavior, strong relationships, and student accountability. The Dean is a visible and approachable leader on campus who collaborates closely with teachers, counselors, and support staff to ensure that students have the structure and support they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate thrives in relationship-driven environments, believes deeply in the potential of every student, and can hold high expectations with care. • Participate actively in MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) meetings to identify students in need of Tier 2 or Tier 3 interventions.
    • Coordinate with internal and external service providers (e.g., school psychologists, mental health clinicians, community partners) to ensure students receive comprehensive and responsive support.

    Campus Culture & Student Engagement

    • Lead campus-wide initiatives that foster a strong, positive school culture, such as student recognition programs, peer mentoring, or advisory support.
    • Organize and oversee events, assemblies, and culture-building activities that reflect school values and promote student leadership.
    • Develop systems that cultivate student voice and create inclusive spaces for belonging and identity.

    Leadership & Collaboration

    • Serve as a key member of the school leadership team, helping to align systems, practices, and decision-making with school priorities.
    • Provide coaching and consultation to staff on behavior management, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies.
