In this role, you'll oversee faculty and clinical operations, drive program compliance and innovation, and support student success through strategic leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Program Leadership & Administration
    • Support the Regional Dean in planning, developing, and evaluating all aspects of nursing programs.

    • Oversee faculty, staff, and clinical site liaison activities.

    • Implement and maintain compliance with Board and accreditor standards.

    • Manage academic calendars, curriculum implementation, and student handbooks.

    • Ensure adequate program supplies and learning resources are available.

    • Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for regulatory bodies.

    Clinical Program Oversight
    • Assess and maintain safe, effective clinical sites aligned with course objectives.

    • Collaborate monthly with Clinical Partners and the Regional Dean.

    • Coordinate with Clinical Education Management to manage facility contracts.

    • Maintain inter-agency communication and documentation.

    Faculty Development & Support
    • Support strategic planning and instructional quality improvement.

    • Facilitate adoption of innovative, evidence-based teaching methods.

    • Monitor clinical instruction compliance and student assessment documentation.

    • Mentor and advise faculty on educational best practices and policies.

    Student Success & Engagement
    • Lead orientation efforts for skills labs and clinical sites.

    • Participate in recruitment, admissions, and advising activities.

    • Facilitate weekly at-risk meetings and academic support interventions.

    • Ensure students are prepared for graduation and licensure exams (NCLEX).

    Additional Responsibilities
    • Serve on academic committees and program review boards.

    • Act as a substitute instructor for clinicals, skills lab, or simulation when needed.

    • Maintain timely and accurate student and program records.

    • Stay up-to-date with safety protocols, educational technologies, and regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Active RN License (NM or CA – relocation licensing support provided).

    • Master’s Degree in Nursing required.

    • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in an accredited nursing program.

    • At least 1 year of direct RN patient care experience.

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

    • Collaborative, student-centered approach to leadership.
