Do you have a passion for all things design? Are you a self-starter? Are you a problem solver? If the answer is yes, we want you on our team. The Graphic Designer is the go to person for all things design related. You will need to understand strategy and conceptual thinking. You are comfortable in both digital and print. Not only do you know how to create the work, you know how to produce it and, in some cases, quickly. You are a master of Adobe Creative Suite and have great knowledge of video editing/production. You will need to collaborate with others and stay up to speed on the ever-changing marketing landscape. Know how to strategically sell your ideas to clients as well. A little laughter along the way is good too. Ultimately, bring some energy and knock it out of the park!

Responsibilities will include (in no particular order!) the following:

• Push and execute great creative work for our clients
• Collaborate company-wide
• Ownership and management of client projects from conception to execution through quality control and final deliverables
• Provide concepts and visual direction to team leaders and design team when applicable
• Know how to work within a budget and meet multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Understand the brand and apply established brand standards and formats, as required
• Travel to client locations and/or other DeanHouston offices, as may be required from time to time
• Learn new things and inspire your colleagues
• Solve problems. If you don't have the answer, find it. Position Requirements:
• Creative Suite: Especially Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Video creation/editing in After Effects/Premier
• Microsoft Office: Especially Power Point and Word Education/Experience Requirements:
• At least an Associates Degree in graphic design
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a creative environment
• Tradeshow knowledge is a plus
