    As a Junior Demand Generation/Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Demand Generation team, assisting in the execution of lead generation, performance-driven marketing, and project management initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing website visibility and ranking through search engine optimization (SEO), while also supporting our Paid Search Advertising (PPC) efforts to drive targeted traffic. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment with client goals and industry best practices.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value, relevant keywords.
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine ranking.
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with clients' business goals and target audience.
    • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices, contributing to the adoption of new technologies and strategies.
    • Collaborate with search engine optimization specialists to provide ongoing support and maintenance for client websites and web activity.

    Paid Search Expertise (PPC):

    • Assist in the development and maintenance of PPC campaigns across various platforms.
    • Conduct keyword research to maximize ad performance.
    • Collaborate with senior paid search specialists to align campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
    • Support analysis and reporting of campaign performance to help paid search team present PPC optimizations and recommendations.

    Analytics, Metrics & Strategic Support:

    • Utilize dashboarding and visualization tools for efficient client reporting.
    • Monitor digital data to identify deviations from expected performance and provide actionable updates to campaigns, website content and metadata.
    • Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to provide data for effective reporting.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, statistics or marketing-related field preferred, or a proven track record in using digital marketing tactics to drive revenue and sales opportunities in a B2B or entrepreneurial environment.
    • Experience with B2B industrial/technical clients is a plus
    • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
