We’re looking for an awesome team of motivated tax professionals to join our growing team! We’re looking for the right people who care about what they do & care about helping others. WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO FILL TWO DIFFERENT ROLES: Tax Preparer (1-2 years experience required) & a Tax Preparer/Reviewer/CPA (5+ years experience required). We are a small business, so this role requires the ability to be very flexible while juggling multiple types of projects simultaneously. THIS TAX PREPARER ROLE IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION, NOT HYBRID OR REMOTE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organization of tax documents & initial processing of information in our tax software
• Preparation of individual & trust tax returns
• Possibility of preparing corporate, estate, and partnership returns DOE
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed (ie: document retrieval, mass client mailings)
• Assistance with bookkeeping & accounting tasks throughout the off season

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2+ Years of Tax Preparation Experience Required
• Accounting or Bookkeeping Experience is a Plus
• Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new programs
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Great communication, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Required to pass a Live-Scan background check
