HIRING HR COORDINATOR!

Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring for qualified, HR COORDINATOR to work in the greater SAN ANTONIO, TX area for a large Healthcare Organization Candidates must have exceptional patient interaction, computer proficiency, 1+ years’ experience.

Under direct supervision, the HR Coordinator assists human resources staff within the administration of one or more compensation related programs or activities to include evaluations and analysis. Provides guidance to employees and managers on human resources policies and procedures. Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with all federal, state laws and regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates the process for monthly off-cycle compensation requests including logging all monthly requests, generating reports and setting up folders on the shared drive.
• Analyzes basic compensation requests including performing job evaluations, reviewing salary history, reviewing internal equity and determining salary recommendations.
• Processes approved compensation requests in HCM in addition to sending standardized communications to requestors.
• Creates and maintains job codes and job titles; develops job descriptions for assigned positions.
• Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities for compensation programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree
• Experience Minimum of one (1) years of related experience
• Certification(s) PHR preferred
• Experience in Compensation PREFERRED

JOB DETAILS:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM HYBRID/REMOTE
