WE SELL PEOPLE by developing relationships. Dean’s Professional Services is currently looking for Healthcare Staffing Coordinators to work alongside our customers. Our staffing coordinators are responsible for sourcing candidates, managing placement activity through revenue and relationship management.
Multiple positions open! This is an INTERNAL DIRECT HIRE POSITION
LOCATION: West Houston, TX
PAY RANGE:
HEALTHCARE STAFFING COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTIONS: (Full Time 40+ hours per week)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
· 1-2 years staffing / recruiting experience preferred
· Healthcare terminology preferred
· Bilingual a PLUS
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work with deadlines
· Strong analytic, communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to perform multiple tasks
· Knowledge of health care industry preferred
· Solid Organization and record keeping skills.
· Computer proficiency required, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
