Who You Are:

First and foremost, you have a geeky passion for the cannabis industry and the holistic benefits this plant can offer. 

The right applicants will also meet the following requirements: 

• Currently possess a valid OLCC-issued Worker's Permit

• Thorough adherence to all OLCC,OHA,and ODA regulations (You will be required stay up to date on compliance laws that effect your position)

• Equally thorough adherence to in-house policies and procedures

• Extensive marijuana product knowledge; flower, edibles, concentrates, topicals, vaporizers, etc

 - Reliable transportation

• Hard working and self-motivated

• Friendly; able to create amicable conversation with customers as well as get along with coworkers

• Solid problem-solving & critical thinking abilities

• Able to stand for extended periods

• Able to work in a fast-pace / high-volume environment - we are an exceptionally high-volume shop

• Able to keep personal life separate from work

• Previous Industry experience is preferred, but not an absolute requirement. However, those lacking in experience must be eager and quick to learn.-You will be required stay up to date on compliance laws that effect your position

We do expect this to be your primary professional responsibility; a second job may not interfere with your ability to maintain your responsibilities within our company.

Compensation starts at $12.50/hr, plus tips, with base pay increasing after 90 days based on performance. Ability and willingness to work weekends is a must.
