Digital Court Reporting
I am looking for students interested in working in the courthouse taking criminal depositions as a digital court reporter. Hours are 1:30-3:30 or 1:30-4 Tues., Wed. and Thursday afternoons. You can work one, two or three afternoons depending on your schedule. I will work around your schedule. I fully train you and supply all the equipment. pay is $16 per hour. This is great experience as you get to hear real court cases and see how the legal system works. You will learn a lot about the criminal legal system and see real attorneys in action and it may help you decide on a future career. A notary is required, which I will explain to you how to get that. It's a simple 3-hour online course and then send in some paperwork. You need the notary to swear in witnesses. You will be paid while I train you, and you will get the hang of it very quickly. No experience necessary. I have quite a few college students doing this job and they find it very interesting. A couple are graduating so there are a few openings. Thank you, Debbi Keno, Inc.
