    We’re hiring a motivated real estate apprentice to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as tracking transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. Our ideal candidate can solve problems quickly and is highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Following up on incoming buyer client phone calls to schedule showings • Texting buyer prospects to see if they are still interested in buying • Tracking past leads to update the sales process for buyers • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible Qualifications: Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills Real estate experience preferred but not required High school diploma or G.E.D. required Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • Pursuing or open to obtaining Real Estate License Compensation: $55,000+
