I'm looking for a buddy/caretaker for my 4 year old son, Stephen, 5-10 hours a week. We are based in Hillsborough and we're looking for someone Stephen is comfortable with, talks and plays with. We have a live-in nanny who looks after Stephen's baby brother and does all meal prep and cleaning for the family. Responsibilities: - Playing/chatting/engaging with Stephen - Pick ups from school, after-school activities - General care-taking outside of meal prep and cleaning - Helping Stephen transition into new environments, whether that be a new activity, a playdate, anywhere that he's not intimately familiar with Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree acquired or in progress - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Prior experience working with children - Ability to maintain discretion and integrity - Safe driving skills - Mandarin speaker preferred, but not required $30-$40/hour depending on qualifications.
