Negotiate payment plans and settlements to resolve overdue accounts.

Collaborate with team members to improve collection strategies.

Ensure compliance with federal and state debt collection laws.

Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive situations.

Report on collection activities and outcomes to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in debt collection or a related field is not required.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism.

Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations not required.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
