    Location: In-Person | Irvine, CA

    Pay: 15% commission + daily, weekly, monthly performance bonuses (Uncapped!)
    Schedule: Monday–Friday | one Saturday per month

    What You'll Do:

    • Answer inbound calls from people actively looking for help with debt relief
    • Build genuine connections and listen with empathy
    • Guide callers through custom financial solutions and get them started on a better path
    • Follow up with potential clients, answer questions, and keep the momentum going
    • Hit your goals—and get rewarded for it (daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses!)

    This Role Is Perfect If You're:

    • Comfortable on the phone and love talking to people all day
    • Coachable and eager to grow in a sales environment
    • Empathetic but not afraid to close deals
    • Reliable, driven, and organized (your calendar is your best friend)
    • Bonus points if you've sold cars, insurance, real estate, loans, or high-ticket offers over the phone
