What You'll Do Daily:

Speak with inbound callers who are actively looking for debt relief solutions.
Deliver professional financial consultations tailored to each client's situation.
Use a consultative approach that builds trust and closes deals.
Guide clients with empathy from first call through resolution.
Consistently hit and surpass performance goals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Sales Success – You've crushed quotas before and are ready to do it again.
Excellent Communicator – Confident, persuasive, and natural on the phone.
High-Energy Professional – Competitive and driven, but able to connect with empathy.
Ambitious Achiever – Motivated to earn six figures and grow quickly with the company.

Important Details:

On-Site Only – Phoenix office now; moving to a new, larger office in Chandler mid-October. Must be able to commute to both.
Schedule – Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. No weekends.
Compensation – Up to 2% commission, plus daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses. Six-figure potential.
