Debt Resolution Pros is hiring sales focused Sr. Financial Consultants who can help educate and navigate clients through various financial solutions to best meet their debt related needs. You will be helping American families and individuals improve their financial situations by paying off their debts faster and smarter, while being provided an hourly base with uncapped commissions. Qualified leads will be provided by the company that are derived from time-proven marketing campaigns and sources. We operate in a business casual environment that thrives off of positivity and teamwork. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales by educating clients on the various financial solutions available to resolve their debt
• Manage lead pipeline to maximize production and efficiency
• Keep up-to-date note logs using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Adhere to all internal and industry compliance regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the collaborative environment
• Support client base by answering questions and assisting with requests they have

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Loan and debt resolution experience (preferred)
• 2 years of sales experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - looking for English & Spanish/English Bilingual
• Ability to utilize consultative sales tactics
• Strong time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Full-time schedule availability
• Punctual and reliable
