Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to assess their financial situations and needs.

Educate clients on debt settlement options and the benefits of our services.

Develop tailored debt settlement plans that align with client goals.

Negotiate with creditors to achieve favorable settlement terms.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting debt settlement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in debt settlement or financial services.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

Knowledge of debt settlement regulations and best practices.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field is a plus.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
