We are seeking a dynamic Debt Solutions Specialist to join our Coral Gables, Florida team, focusing on closing sales with a compassionate, soft-touch approach to help business owners navigate debt challenges. Your goal is to build trust, educate clients on options like debt consolidation loans, interest rate reductions, or repayment restructuring, and close deals that align with their financial goals. Based in our Coral Gables office, this position offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to master our processes and eventually lead a team of closers, driving our mission forward in the South Florida market and beyond.

- Present tailored debt solutions, including debt consolidation loans, interest rate negotiations, debt restructuring, or repayment plans, emphasizing benefits like lower interest rates and simplified payments to reduce financial stress.
- Educate clients on financial strategies, clearly explaining how consolidating high-interest debts (e.g., credit card balances) into a single, lower-rate loan or other solutions can improve cash flow and credit health.
- Collaborate with internal teams in Coral Gables to process loan applications, ensure compliance with lending regulations, and facilitate rapid funding or debt restructuring approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system, follow up diligently to nurture leads, and close deals that deliver value to clients and the company.
- Stay informed about debt management trends, financial products, and local market dynamics in Coral Gables to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Over time, take on leadership responsibilities by mentoring new team members, developing training protocols, and building a high-performing sales team under your guidance to expand our impact.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a youthful, energetic, and highly presentable demeanor, capable of building authentic connections with business owners and inspiring trust.
- Financial literacy strongly preferred, ideally with some experience in banking, finance, or related fields (e.g., lending, credit counseling, or financial sales); however, candidates without formal experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and a quick ability to learn financial concepts.
- Proven leadership experience, such as serving as president of a student club, leading a student body organization, or similar roles that highlight initiative, organization, and team motivation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial solutions in clear, relatable terms tailored to business owners' needs.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment, with professionalism and poise suited for both virtual and in-person client interactions in Coral Gables.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, ideally in business, finance, economics, or a related field, with a track record of involvement in leadership roles during school or early career.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools; adaptable to a hybrid or in-office work environment in Coral Gables, Florida.
- A growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn the business thoroughly and step into a leadership role to build and manage a team in the future.
