What Will You Do?
Obtain and maintain required Operator Authorization(s) for assigned equipment and processes.
Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, method sheets, and written work instructions.
Analyze finish and dimensional requirements and determine the most effective deburring processes, including selecting appropriate equipment, media, and cycle times.
Operate a variety of manual and powered tools and equipment, including speed lathes, tumbling equipment, high-powered microscopes/scopes, drills, hand grinders, and other specialized deburring tools.
Use fixed and variable measuring equipment to verify part dimensions and surface finish requirements.
Troubleshoot processing issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and efficiency.
Apply specialized techniques to repair or salvage bellows subassemblies and assemblies when possible.
Recommend process improvements, equipment upgrades, and replacement tools to improve productivity and quality.
Assist in resolving technical questions and production issues within the department.
Support training and mentoring of other employees, sharing best practices and efficient use of equipment.

_ Hourly Rate Range: $22.00- $27.00. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications_
