Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs
Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs to support the Talent Acquisition and HR team. Reporting to the AD, Talent Acquisition, this person will work closely with members of the TA team, People Ops team, and HRBP team to optimize critical aspects of the employee life cycle, beginning with the candidate experience. This individual will lead employer branding initiatives specifically for recruiting efforts and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion outreach. Branding initiatives include Deciphera’s presence on external, candidate-facing outlets, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career fairs, etc.
The Manager, TA Ops & Programs will implement process improvements for TA operations to streamline and enhance reporting and TA metrics. Lastly, this individual will work directly with the CHRO to deliver two critical internal communications: the monthly all company meeting and a monthly internal newsletter to all employees. Serving as a communications and HR representative on an internal culture committee (CORE), the Manager, TA Ops & Programs will maintain a high-level of connection to the business groups and functional/regional initiatives.
