    Job Description

    We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs to support the Talent Acquisition and HR team. Reporting to the AD, Talent Acquisition, this person will work closely with members of the TA team, People Ops team, and HRBP team to optimize critical aspects of the employee life cycle, beginning with the candidate experience. This individual will lead employer branding initiatives specifically for recruiting efforts and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion outreach. Branding initiatives include Deciphera’s presence on external, candidate-facing outlets, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career fairs, etc.

    The Manager, TA Ops & Programs will implement process improvements for TA operations to streamline and enhance reporting and TA metrics. Lastly, this individual will work directly with the CHRO to deliver two critical internal communications: the monthly all company meeting and a monthly internal newsletter to all employees. Serving as a communications and HR representative on an internal culture committee (CORE), the Manager, TA Ops & Programs will maintain a high-level of connection to the business groups and functional/regional initiatives.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Serve as project manager for Talent Acquisition initiatives, including new hire orientation, employer branding, employee referral program, and vendor/partner management
    • Implement process improvements and maintain regular internal TA metrics and reporting
    • Support the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition in managing the TA budget, contracts, purchase orders and invoices
    • Expand Deciphera’s employer branding efforts that directly support TA efforts to attract top candidates
      • Promote curated presence on external outlets (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.)
      • Enhance recruiting tools for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion outreach
    • In partnership with the CHRO, develop monthly all company meeting agendas and support production of slide presentation
    • Design and disseminate a monthly newsletter communication that bridges connections in a growing and expanding environment
    • Serve on CORE culture committee as HR representative, maintaining a high level of connectedness to the business
