COMPETENCIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct consultations at pre-scheduled appointments
Educate homeowners and businesses on solar benefits, including cost savings, clean energy impact, and long-term investment value
Attend weekly team and consultant meetings
Capitalize on company-provided pre-set appointments while supplementing with personal referrals
Apply sales best practices to maximize closing rates and revenue
Commit to personal and professional growth
REQUIREMENTS
(Preferred) 2+ years of sales experience
Laptop/tablet for proposal presentations
Comfortable with in-home or virtual consultations
Must complete and pass Clark Energies Sales Training BootCamp
Reliable transportation and professional appearance
