About the Role:

Suncoast Decks is looking for a hardworking and motivated Construction Laborer and skilled carpenter to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to build beautiful outdoor living spaces while developing your construction skills with a company that takes pride in its craft. If you love working outdoors and want to be part of a skilled crew, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist with the construction, installation, and repair of decks, patios, and outdoor structures

Prepare job sites by clearing debris, staging materials, and setting up equipment

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Support lead carpenters and crew members throughout all phases of construction

Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies to and from job sites

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures

Requirements:

Prior construction, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods

Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment

Reliable transportation to job sites in the Clearwater, FL area

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat

Valid driver's license a plus
