RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop multi-tier web applications using ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript (ES6, Typescript) frameworks and React.
• Perform unit testing using tools like xUnit, FluentAssertions and Jest.
• Document code appropriately for maintainability.
• Communicate with product owners and business analysts to gather accurate specifications for new enhancements and applications.
• Assist with work estimating based on requirements and technical designs.
• Translate requirements and use cases into technical designs and functional code.
• Collaborate with different teams and team members on projects.
• Participate in analysis, design, and code reviews.
• Work in an Agile software development environment (we use Scrum).
• Interact professionally with others; including co-workers, vendors and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of web-based application development.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, C# and JavaScript with solid understanding of their ecosystem.
• Experience with React, Vue, Angular, or other recent JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Web APIs (REST, OData etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
