Position Overview:

****We are hiring professional CDL-A drivers for local and regional dedicated routes out of the Denver, CO area. With guaranteed weekly pay and superior home time options, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable and fast-growing operation.

Route Options:

• Local (50-mile radius): Home daily, with rare overnight runs during surge periods
• Regional (51–100 miles): Home weekly, with regular pass-through opportunities

**Service Areas: **Routes cover Colorado , Southern Wyoming , and Eastern Utah. Drivers average 1,700 miles per week with consistent no-touch freight.

Pay & Bonuses:

• $0.70–$0.80 CPM based on experience
• $17 per stop pay ****
• $1,000 winter mountain driving bonus (Nov–Mar)
• Up to 3% bonus for safe, on-time deliveries
• Annual earnings between $73,372–$82,212
• Weekly earnings: $1,500–$1,600 with a guaranteed $1,500 minimum

Equipment:

• New, well-maintained fleet
• Primarily 2025 automatic trucks with auto-chains
• No-touch reefer loads (training provided)
• Mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable driving experience
• Clean driving record and a strong safety mindset
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
