_We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional position offering consistent freight, strong weekly earnings, and weekly home time.

Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly pay: approximately $1,720

• **Sign on bonus: $2,500
  **

• Mileage pay: $0.71 per mile

• Unload pay: $275 per unload

• Stop pay: $20 per stop

• Backhaul pay: $50 per backhaul

• Paid on a W2

• Full benefits package available

Home Time & Schedule

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset

• Early morning deliveries, which require night driving

• Drivers complete a 10-hour break prior to unloading

Job Details

• 100% touch freight

• Live unload, box-by-box using rollers

• Average 2 loads per week

• Typically 3–5 stops per route

• Drivers running approximately 1,550 miles per week and completing 2 loads average $1,720 weekly

• Regional routes covering:

  • **IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum of 3 months tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years

• Must reside in Bentonville or the surrounding area

• Must be able to meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements

• Accidents, tickets, and violations reviewed on a case-by-case basis
