    Looking for a steady Southeast regional route with high weekly earnings and predictable home time? We are immediately hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail fleet running out of Cowpens, SC. You'll haul dry freight across Southeast lanes with guaranteed weekly home resets.

    Pay & Bonus Breakdown:

    • Weekly Earnings: $1,672 average weekly ($86,962/yr average). Top earners make $2,020/week ($105,023/yr).
    • CPM Pay Scale: $0.70 – $0.84 CPM (based on verifiable experience).
    • Unload Pay: $320 per load (averaging 3 loads per week).
    • Summer Retention Bonus: Earn up to $2,000 extra per bonus period.
    • Mentor Pay: Paid $175/day during the short 5-day mentor onboarding period.
    • Average Mileage: ~1,004 miles per week.

    Schedule & Route Details:

    • Operating Lanes: Regional runs covering SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WVA, and OH.
    • Work Shift: 6-day work week running either Sun–Fri or Mon–Sat.
    • Workload: Approx. 3 multi-stop loads per week (averaging 3 stops per load).
    • Home Time: Guaranteed 34-hour weekly DOT reset (Fri night/Sat or Sat night/Sun).
    • Freight Handling: Physical touch required, hand-unloading dry freight at retail stops using roller conveyors.

    Hiring Areas & Equipment Parking:

    • Yard Parking: Secure equipment parking available in Cowpens, SC.
    • Take-Home Option: Drivers living further out can take equipment home if parked in a safe, authorized location.
    • Hiring Radius: Must live within one of the following zones: * Within 120 miles of Mount Airy, NC * Within 50 miles of Lexington, KY * Within 25 miles of Roanoke, VA * Within 50 miles of Knoxville, TN * Within 50 miles of Chattanooga, TN
