Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,800 - $1,900

• Annual earning potential: up to $96,200

• Mileage pay based on verified experience:

  • 0–59 months: $0.80 CPM

  • 60–71 months: $0.82 CPM

  • 72–83 months: $0.84 CPM

  • 84+ months: $0.86 CPM

• Unload pay: $325 per unload

• Backhaul pay: $30 per backhaul

• W2

• Full benefits package available

Home Time & Schedule

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset

• Deliveries run Monday–Friday

  • Monday deliveries typically pick up on Sunday

• Early morning deliveries

  • Drivers travel to the first stop the day prior and take a 10-hour break before unloading

Job Details

• 100% touch freight

• Live unload at store locations

• Drivers hand unload box-by-box using rollers (physically demanding)

• 3–5 stops per route

• Routes operate throughout Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin

• Drivers must be comfortable backing into tight areas and small lots

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum of 3 months Class A driving experience within the last 3 years

• Must reside within 50 miles of Toledo, OH

• Must be able to meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements

• Accidents, violations, and tickets reviewed on a case-by-case basis
