Live-In Caregiver (7 On / 7 Off) – Washington County & St. Croix County
BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley is seeking compassionate and dependable Live-In Caregivers who are willing to travel to serve clients throughout Washington County and St. Croix County. This position provides one-on-one in-home care, supporting clients with daily living activities, companionship, and personalized attention.

Premium Short Shift Pay:
1-hour shifts: $28/hour
2-hour shifts: $23/hour
3+ hour shifts: $20/hour
Live-In Care:
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
Annual Compensation: $50,076 per year
Responsibilities
Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
Assist with daily activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands).
Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and transfers.
Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation.
Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior.
Communicate with the RN Case Manager regarding updates to the plan of care.

Requirements
Compassionate, patient, and caring nature
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on caregiving experience (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, or Hospital setting)
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
Negative TB test or cleared chest X-ray
Ability to commit to a 7 on / 7 off live-in schedule
