Established for 30 years, Dedicated Micros (DM) is an international market leader in the field of specialist CCTV control equipment. The company is renowned for the design and manufacture of robust, dedicated, multiplex hardware designed to meet the demands of continuous 24-hour security surveillance.

DM is expanding and we are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to support our team in theUnited States. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for not only prospecting and developing a sales pipeline, but also working with reselling partners and our DM sales staff. The Inside Sales Representative will follow-up on all sales leads that come in to DM through both our website and direct marketing campaigns.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• LEAD GENERATION/PIPELINE MAINTENANCE: Responsible for generating leads, reaching out to leads through cold calls/emails, and responding to any prospects that come through out website. All activity and contact details should be stored in our CRM (Pipedrive).
• SUPPORT OF CUSTOMER DEMOS: Responsible for scheduling/supporting demos for new leads and existing customers. The Inside Sales Representative will usually present along with an engineer, but sometimes will have to present product demo alone.
• QUOTES: Responsible for providing product quotes to customers and supporting reselling partners. All quote information and activity will need to be recorded in our CRM Sales Pipeline.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• -Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• CCTV Knowledge
• 2-3 years sales experience (includes internships), Customer Service, or Marketing Experience
• Experience with Video/Web Conferencing Applications (GoToMeeting, etc.)
• Proficient Computer skills including use of Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
• Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Self-Starter/Self-Motivated
• Able to work independently or with a team
• Strong desire to learn, develop skills, and share knowledge
