Colorado & Southern Wyoming | Dedicated Refrigerated Freight

We're adding experienced Class A drivers to a dedicated refrigerated operation serving customer locations throughout Colorado and southern Wyoming.

This account offers a combination of regional routes, consistent freight, and home-time options based on where you live.

Home-daily and weekly home-time opportunities are available depending on your domicile.

Drivers operate late-model automatic equipment on established delivery routes, with no mountain driving required.

YOUR ROUTE & DAILY OPERATIONS

This account involves transporting refrigerated freight to customer locations throughout Colorado and southern Wyoming.

Drivers can expect:

• Approximately 1,700 miles per week
• An average of 1–3 loads per day
• Approximately 13 delivery stops per week
• A combination of live unload and drop-and-hook deliveries
• Dedicated refrigerated freight
• No mountain driving

You'll operate automatic tractors equipped with auto-chains and refrigerated trailers.

COMPENSATION

Drivers average approximately $1,400–$1,600 per week , with mileage pay based on experience.

• Mileage pay: $0.70–$0.80 CPM
• Average annual earnings: $73,000–$82,000+
• Additional $17 stop pay
• Performance bonus opportunities
• Weekly pay

Actual earnings may vary based on experience, assigned routes, miles, stops, and other applicable compensation factors.

HOME TIME & AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Your home-time schedule will depend on your home location and the routes available in your area.

Home Daily: Available for drivers in qualifying locations.

Home Weekly: Available for drivers assigned to regional routes.

Night, evening, and early morning shifts may be available depending on the assigned route and operational needs.

Specific schedule and home-time details will be discussed during the hiring process.

EQUIPMENT & DRIVER BENEFITS

Drivers operate late-model automatic tractors with refrigerated trailers and auto-chain-equipped trucks.

MINIMUM DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Be at least 21 years old
• Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
• Be authorized to work in the United States
