    Looking for a high-paying regional route where hard physical work turns into top-tier pay? We are immediately hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail account running out of Warrensburg, MO. You'll haul dry retail freight across Midwest lanes with steady miles and reliable weekly home time.

    Pay & Bonus Breakdown:

    • Weekly Earnings: $1,610 average weekly ($83,720/yr average). Top performers make up to $2,099/week ($109,148+/yr).
    • CPM Pay Scale: $0.70 – $0.76 CPM (scaled based on verifiable experience).
    • Unload Pay: $320 flat rate per load (averaging 2–3 loads per week).
    • Weekly Volume: ~1,600 miles per week (runs range from 1,000–2,500 round-trip miles).
    • Bonuses & Incentives:
      • Up to $2,000 Summer Retention Bonus
      • Up to 3% Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus

    Schedule & Route Details:

    • Operating Lanes: Regional runs servicing MO, IA, NE, KS, MN, SD, ND, AR, OK, TN, and KY.
    • Home Time: Guaranteed weekly 34-hour DOT reset (usually scheduled over Saturday/Sunday).
    • Shift Profile: Must be open to night driving shifts.
    • Take-Home Rig: Take-home truck privileges allowed for your weekly home-time resets.
    • Freight Handling: 100% Touch Freight, hand-unloading dry retail goods via gravity roller chutes (no lumpers or pallet jacks required).

    Hiring Location & Driver Requirements:

    • Location Requirement: Must live within 50 miles of Blandon, PA with reliable personal transportation.
    • Experience Required: Minimum 3+ months of verifiable Class A CDL experience (reefer experience is a plus).
    • Licensing: Active Class A CDL & valid DOT Medical Card.
    • Screening: Clean 3-year MVR (no major safety violations or DUIs). Must pass standard pre-employment DOT drug screening (urine & hair), FMCSA Clearinghouse check, and background verification.
